Canon Point: During The Truce at Bakura, as she, Han and Luke are aboard the Millennium Falcon to reach the area
Number: xxx-102
Setting: In a Galaxy Far, Far Away there was a planet that got blown up
History: Leia Organa was originally born on the planet Polis Massa to Padmé Nabarrie Amidala and Anakin Skywalker. She was the younger of a set of fraternal twins; her brother is Luke Skywalker. Shortly after her birth, her mother died and she was adopted by Senator Bail Organa and his wife, Queen Breha of Alderaan. Since the couple was childless, she was made the crown princess of Alderaan and between her adopted parents and their sisters, she had a stable, happy and loving home.
Being born with such potential to be a powerful Force user, Leia was watched very heavily for any signs of Force sensitivity. She, luckily, never seemed to manifest any sort of ability, but she excelled elsewhere. She could walk and talk before the age of one and had reflexes that could only be attributed to inheriting it from her gifted birth father. However, she was still watched by the double agent Ferus Olin to keep any news of talents she might develop under wrap. For her own safety.
Leia, as a child, was a tomboy. She chafed at all of the elaborate clothes and hairstyles she was forced to wear. She cut her hair at one point in protest of everything, but found that that wouldn't stop anything, as she was forced into a wig. To make up for her lack of natural feminine graces, her aunts hired teachers of all kinds to make sure that she was a proper princess for Alderaan. Against her wishes, they succeeded. A little.
To go along with her outgoing and unladylike behaviour, Leia began her life as a rebel at seven, staging a sit-in protest at her school over the juice served. Moff Tarkin visited Alderaan when Leia was thirteen, and it was this visit that really opened her eyes to the galaxy she lived in. The Empire allowed slavery and a man so cruel and power hungry as Tarkin was held in high esteem. This important state visit was extremely pivotal in forming young Leia's mind and allowing her to really see what was going on around her.
She was initiated into the Rebellion by her adopted father, who groomed her to take his spot in the Galactic Senate at first. She was the youngest Senator at the age of eighteen standard years, but she was also extremely active in fighting against the Empire by that time. Which is how at nineteen, she was captured by Darth Vader, trying to smuggle the stolen Death Star plans back to the Alliance.
While she was being held captive and tortured for the plans and information regarding the Alliance, she witnessed the power of the Death Star as it blew up Alderaan on Moff Tarkin and Darth Vader’s orders, cemented her hatred for everything the Empire stood by in one fell swoop. She was later rescued by Han Solo, Luke Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Chewbacca, C3PO and R2D2—most of whom she had to assist in getting free of the Death Star as well.
She later went on to help get the information to the Rebels and coordinate the attack on the Death Star, while waiting for news about Luke’s, and later Han’s, safety. For the next three years, she continues to help lead the Alliance forces and helping where she can. She attempts to sway many planets and powers to fight against the injustice that Palpatine and Vader stand for. However, Leia proves time and time again that she’s not afraid to get her hands dirty and fight when the need is real.
Along the way, her unresolved sexual tension with Han Solo morphs into actual love, though circumstances make it a little difficult for them to admit it. It isn’t until they were sold out by Han’s old friend, Lando Calrissian, on Cloud City and that she’s about to lose the infuriating smuggler than she allows the truth to slip out. She then spends a good part of almost a year trying to track down the right cover and information to rescue Han from his carbonite wall hanging in Jabba the Hutt’s Palace while still helping fight for the Alliance.
Unfortunately, during this rescue attempt, her disguise of Boushh the bounty hunter was ruined and she was taken captive by Jabba the Hutt as a slave girl to replace the one he accidentally killed. When Luke Skywalker shows up to help and they end up going to a sarlacc pit to watch Luke and Han’s execution, Leia made her move and choked the disgusting crime lord to death with the chain he’d tortured her with during her captivity. She then escaped with her friends.
She followed Rebel forces to the moon of Endor, where reports of the second Death Star being built were originating. She was part of a strike team that landed on the moon to take out the generator that powered a shield around the weapon. However, the team was discovered by a group of Imperial forces and her speeder bike was shot down and she collapsed on the forest floor. She was rescued by the Ewok Wicket Wystri Warrick and taken back to his village where she was considered a princess by his people.
Later, her friends are captured by the Ewoks and Threepio is seen as a god by the fuzzy creatures. The rest were prisoners, despite the fact that Leia tried to argue for their release. It was only the droid’s order to free Chewbacca, Luke, Han and R2 that saved her friends.
It was that night, the night before the final battle, that Luke revealed their relationship to one another. They were twins and their birth father was Anakin Skywalker—Darth Vader. When her brother confessed that he was going to be going after their father to save him, she begged him to run away, but the Jedi refused to do so. Instead of accompanying him to the Death Star, Leia fought alongside Han Solo to take over the generator. She was injured but still managed to pull her own weight in the seizure and eventual escape from the shield bunker when Chewbacca and the Ewoks showed up. As the Death Star II blew up in the distance, Leia shared her familial tie to Luke with Han Solo and they shared a passionate kiss.
Immediately after the Battle of Endor, the Rebel Alliance intercepted a distress call from Bakura, a planet on the Outer Rim that was under attack by the Ssi-ruuk. Leia saw this as the perfect opportunity to prove that the Alliance wasn’t just going to abandon those in need, unlike the Empire and pressed for a force to be sent to assist the Imperials there. Han, Luke, and Leia all went on board the Millennium Falcon to the planet, where she and Han attempted to try and find time to figure out their new relationship. Unfortunately, the second they got comfortable, there was trouble.
Personality: When one thinks of the iconic Princess Leia Organa, many different traits come to mind. The first thing that strikes is how very brave she is. Even when she's terrified, she doesn't let that define her and keep from doing what needs to be done, such as sending the Death Star plans ahead with R2D2 to Obi-Wan Kenobi right before Darth Vader captured her ship. Another instance was when she went into Jabba’s lair with only Chewbacca as backup to rescue Han when he was turned over to the Hutt for a debt he supposedly owed. She handled herself without wavering and grace, even when she was being used as a captive slave as well.
She takes her responsibilities as a Princess, Senator and Rebel Alliance leader very seriously, pouring herself into everything she does with a passion that she got from her mother, Padmé Amidala. It is her duty to make sure that she assists in overthrowing the Empire anyway she can, a feeling she's had since a very young age. In fact, her first sign of civil disobedience was at the tender age of seven, where she led a hug sit-in over the juice served at her school.
Another personality trait is her haughtiness, or as Han likes to call it her "Royal Highness" attitude. While generally a warm, caring and compassionate person, Leia can fall back on the lessons she learned as a child to distance herself from the situation, whether that is from the
However, she can be charismatic and lovely, showcasing her more generous and patient side. This was rather evident when she was on the moon of Endor and dealing with the Ewoks or when she dealt with Luke initially (if only because his crush on her was something that actually helped while they were attempting to get to Alderaan).
She’s a quick thinker, using instinct and a sharp, natural intelligence to get her out of tricky situations. She is the one who snatches up a blaster and shoots a hole into the trash grate of the Death Star so that she and the others can escape the Imperial Stormtroopers firing on them. (Let’s please ignore the snake thing that nearly drowned Luke or the walls that almost flattened them. R2D2 was there.)
Sadly, she’s also inherited the Skywalker impatience and stubborn streak. When she’s around Han Solo, nearly all of her proper training is thrown out the window for snarky banter with the low-brow captain and lots of unresolved sexual tension. And once she’s made up her mind to do something, it’s nearly impossible to get her to be moved. This is a fact that her adoptive aunts—the sisters of Bail Organa—knew all too well while the princess was growing up, leading them to despair that she would ever find a husband in her lifetime. When Anakin's Force Ghost visited her during the Bakura incident, Leia absolutely refused to speak to him and definitely did not want to forgive him. He was still Darth Vader in her mind and a monster, making her question if she wasn't a walking time bomb as well.
The fact that she is a Skywalker throws her through a loop and the fact that she is just as capable of being a Jedi Knight like her brother feels impossible to her, but she still continues fighting. She doesn’t realize that it is because of her Force sensitivity that she was able to help lead Lando Calrissian and the Millennium Falcon to where Luke was dangling off the antenna of Cloud City. She contributes it to Luke’s Jedi powers because her own history had been kept from her until Endor. It’s only lack of training that keeps her back.
All of these traits lead to a heroine who doesn’t fade into the background while she waits to be rescued. She’s perfectly capable of doing that herself, and probably better than Han or Luke, because, seriously, she rescues both of them just as many times as they do her. A woman who is as much a thorn in the side of Emperor Palpatine as her twin brother, whether able to tap into the Force or not.
Abilities, Weaknesses and Power Limitations:
Strengths
Mental: Leia is possibly the most mentally sound of the entire Star Wars cast. Because of her training as the princess of Alderaan and as a politician, she is able to go into herself, detach herself from the situation as it were, to save her skin. It is how she was able to withstand her interrogation by Darth Vader after she was captured. She is also the one who keeps her calm and controls Chewbacca when Lando Calrissian turns her, the Wookie and Han Solo over to Darth Vader as a trap for Luke in Cloud City. And despite the fact that Han was about to be frozen in carbonite, something that he might or might not have survived, she only told him that she loved him instead of struggling in her bonds. She was also the one who led the group to go and rescue Han from Jabba the Hutt and his carbonite prison by using subterfuge and her ability to lie fairly well.
Emotional: Leia’s compassion for those being oppressed is a driving force for her. She uses her many natural talents to press forward to obtain freedom for every citizen of the Galactic Empire. This was a trait fostered by her adopted father, Bail Organa of Alderaan that led to her involvement with the Rebel forces, but was inherited from her birth mother, Padmé Amidala of Naboo.
Weaknesses
Mental: Although with just as much potential for the Force as her twin brother, Leia has never been trained and has a sort of mental block on her abilities. The only time you see her actually able to tap into them before the battle on Endor’s moon is when Luke was dangling from the antennae of Cloud City and she could sense him so that Lando could fly the Millennium Falcon to where he was to save him from certain death. She is also hot-headed and stubborn, leading her to be unable to even get anywhere near to the state of mind she should be in to be able to access the Force for her first conscientious attempt.
Emotional: When her pride is ruffled, Leia acts impetuously. The most infamous case of this is when Han insulted her after Luke’s rescue on Hoth and she reacted by kissing Luke when it was plain that she wanted to either kiss or strike out at Han. This also leaves her open to emotional manipulation by Han on more than one occasion, such as the scene where he finally kissed her and then left her there for other matters, openly wanting more than just a kiss.

Log Sample:Time was a strange thing aboard the Tranquility. Though surrounded by those she knew and loved, none of them were from the same place in time. Her father...fathers...were both here, even though she logically knew that both men were dead. Her brother was here, though he was as young and fresh-faced as the day that he and Han rescued her from her cell on the Death Star. And then there was Han.
She wasn't sure how to feel about seeing the former smuggler-turned war hero once again. No, that wasn't true. She was excited, exasperated, and exhausted. He was just as young and foolish as Luke. And yet, he wasn't. His own time and experiences upon this strange ship had changed him. He wasn't the same man that she'd been practically stolen from when she was brought here, but he was. It was enough to break her heart. If she let herself think about it.
But, the one that hurt her the most, the one that gave her the most trouble and pleasure in seeing and speaking to again, was Bail Organa. Her father. The only father she'd ever be comfortable in acknowledging, publicly and in her heart. Talking to him was like the most exquisite torture, but after four years, it was the only thing she could have ever asked for.
So, being on board this ship that wasn't home hurt, but it also helped. In the strangest of ways.

[Leia is still a little wary of using the communicator that she found amongst her belongings, but it's been a while since her arrival and she's seen many of the other people on the ship using them freely. However, what she wants to talk about it something that she holds very dear to her heart, but it may not be well-received by others. Not that she's ever let that stop her before now.]
As I have come to grow acquainted with the way that this ship works, I find myself missing something that I fought so hard to obtain back home: Freedom. As a child, I took what freedoms I had for granted. I had a good home and a wonderful family. We lived on a prosperous planet and had a lot of influence. It wasn't until I saw someone being used as a slave that I realized just what a charmed life I'd led up until that point.
I have spent many years seeking to bring down the corrupt government that allowed atrocities such as slavery, suppression of information, and the murder of innocents to happen everyday. It is something that I have shed blood for, lost dear friends and family along the way, to accomplish. And no sooner was the largest blow struck than I was pulled here.
I'm not sure how to feel about that. Freedom is a dream that I've sought to give to those who were most in need of it, and now I have had it taken from me to a certain extent.
[The princess frowns as she considers where to take this topic from here.]
I am not the type to sit back and allow things to happen to me. How many are you?

[Action]
[Living aboard the strange ship left Leia a little homesick. And being drafted as one of the crew hadn't really been much of an easy adjustment. Going from princess, diplomat and freedom fighter to part of a crew that took care of a ship larger than an Imperial Super Star Destroyer was a huge learning process. The only advantage she brought with her was the fact that she'd spent quite a few years with Han and Chewbacca in the Millennium Falcon. But that was like comparing a pea to a large palm tree.
No, it was work and not all of it was difficult. Like now, the former princess was exploring the space station that the Tranquility had docked at to refuel. Leia was strongly reminded of a few of the dives she'd had to enter to get information while rescuing Han from Jabba the Hutt. She was pretty sure that the looks the locals were giving her wouldn't've stopped at just looks if she hadn't been armed and alert.
This station was cleaner than the last however and offered more variety in the wares its merchants sold openly. Such as the diapheonous green silk dress that had caught her eye. It was impractical, expensive, and practically indecent on any planet in her own galaxy, but it was beautiful and delicately worked, reminding her greatly of some of her mother's dresses back on Alderaan.]
I wonder how many hours someone was forced to slave away to create something like that?

I am not the type to sit back and allow things to happen to me. After spending some time getting to know others here on board the Tranquility, I have come to realize that no one here is. There was a rebellion not too long ago, but it ended poorly.
Any factual information regarding that situation from those involved would be greatly beneficial.
I also came across a message from a Nathan Petrelli asking those aboard to band together to help make life easier for everyone. This is a sound call on Mr Petrelli’s part. He has been here long enough to make a plea like that, but I would like to add my own message. We can only do so much alone. Together, we might accomplish what is deemed impossible. We might even discover the truth about this ship and the nature of the jumps that we’ve been forced to endure.
However, I am aware that you cannot force others to do what they don’t want to. So, your decision is your own.
Again, I am asking for information regarding the failed rebellion. Also, if you have any practical information about the different departments of the ship, I would appreciate that as well. Thank you.
