Luke's Home - Bathroom
[Between the fighting with the remnants of the Empire, never-ending meetings and trying to fit in time to train her power with the Force alongside her twin, Leia hadn't seen Han Solo for more than three or four minutes at a time. In nearly a year. Having a relationship with anyone was virtually impossible and it was starting to wear thin.
She remembers going to bed in some hole that offered nothing more than something that might have been palatable to eat before falling into a deep sleep, but maybe because she had been so exhausted that she couldn't really taste it.
What she doesn't remember is moving at any time in the night. So, to open her eyes and finding herself in a...bathing room is different. But the itch between her shoulder blades and the nearly see-through white dress that falls to her knees is familiar in a dream-like sort of way.]
Again?
[Carefully, she stands and wonders vaguely why she has a headache. Didn't she have one the last time she arrived too? Looking around the small, enclosed space, she can't find any of her clothes or her blasters and sighs. That damned book is sitting on the back of the toilet though, looking innocent as can be.]
They could have at least left my things nearby like last time. Walking through the entirety of the village in this outfit isn't exactly what I had in mind with my day.
[With a careful look in the mirror to see that she does indeed have the strange forest-green wings once more and shakes her head before turning the knob to find out where she is.]
Later - Action/Text
[After a very interesting welcome back, Leia heads out to make herself acquainted with the village once more. Luceti has changed in the almost-year she's been gone, but it remains much the same. The library still seems to have books from every galaxy and world that the residents are from. The general store still has much of what one would need, including the backroom where all of her belongings were neatly stacked when she walked in. The grocery store is still stocked with foodstuffs for nearly any taste.
But there is a feeling of a profound change in the air, and one that doesn't bode well for those here. It doesn't sit well with her. She'd seen Luceti as a way to get away from the troubles back home. Now, she's not sure what to think of it.
Especially not with the group that's gathered in her brother's home now. It leaves her with a lot to think about. Which is now she ends up spending most of the day in the library.]
I'm not sure how many of you remember me from my previous visit, but I am Leia Organa. I understand that there was a recent bout of fighting and many of you are recovering from the conflict. I've done a little reading up about our situation. I would prefer to get your own views on our...oppressors.

[Not that she truly minds the thought, but she'd like to be able to remember making the decision to marry Han Solo, okay? This time, the time shenanigans are not working in the favor of those here.]
Considering he hasn't asked me yet and I haven't seen him in six months, it is a little difficult for me to reconcile to the fact that we are married.
no subject
Oh. [And then Anakin didn’t really know what to say next – the theme of this conversation.]
He doesn’t seem that bad. [This was Anakin trying to be helpful.]
no subject
He has his good qualities, yes. Just because I am in love with him doesn't make me blind to his bad ones. It would be foolish to allow my emotions to rule me like that.
no subject
That’s… a diplomatic approach.
[Which meant they needed a new subject. Except, small talk with your future daughter wasn’t a subject covered at the Temple. Anakin really isn’t sure what to say.]
Have you been- did you arrive a while ago? I wasn’t paying attention to any new arrivals. Did Padmé tell you want you needed to know about this place?
no subject
So, with all the grace she can muster, she latches upon the new topic and answers him.]
I have been a guest here before. When I arrived then, Luke took the trouble to acquaint me with life in Luceti. My conversation with my mother was much more pleasant.

[She had to have gotten something from Anakin besides his temper, right? ]
To be honest, this is perhaps the most civil conversation we've had to date.
no subject
Why wouldn't he and Leia have civil conversations?]
What- why?
no subject
Won't that be pleasant?]
I inherited your temper.
no subject
[He did know his own temper; but aside from arguments, he’d yet to take it out on anyone he cared about. And if his former Master was any measure by which to judge, arguments were a valid form of communication, that man seemed to surround himself with people to argue with. It wasn’t just Anakin.]
“Well… I’m sorry- For whatever I said before.” [And he truly sounded it.] I don’t know what it was. I don’t remember. But maybe this time we won’t have those arguments?
no subject
But staring into the oddly familiar face, hearing his pleasant voice...It was almost too easy to see what her mother had in Anakin Skywalker. It's something she doesn't want to acknowledge yet.
They'll have to talk about Vader. But not today. And probably Luke should start the subject. He was the more levelheaded of the two of them after all.]
I hope that we can avoid those as well. However, [she had to get out of there. She felt like she was suffocating.] I need to head into the village to find my belongings. Please let the others know if they ask.
