Luke's Home - Bathroom
[Between the fighting with the remnants of the Empire, never-ending meetings and trying to fit in time to train her power with the Force alongside her twin, Leia hadn't seen Han Solo for more than three or four minutes at a time. In nearly a year. Having a relationship with anyone was virtually impossible and it was starting to wear thin.
She remembers going to bed in some hole that offered nothing more than something that might have been palatable to eat before falling into a deep sleep, but maybe because she had been so exhausted that she couldn't really taste it.
What she doesn't remember is moving at any time in the night. So, to open her eyes and finding herself in a...bathing room is different. But the itch between her shoulder blades and the nearly see-through white dress that falls to her knees is familiar in a dream-like sort of way.]
Again?
[Carefully, she stands and wonders vaguely why she has a headache. Didn't she have one the last time she arrived too? Looking around the small, enclosed space, she can't find any of her clothes or her blasters and sighs. That damned book is sitting on the back of the toilet though, looking innocent as can be.]
They could have at least left my things nearby like last time. Walking through the entirety of the village in this outfit isn't exactly what I had in mind with my day.
[With a careful look in the mirror to see that she does indeed have the strange forest-green wings once more and shakes her head before turning the knob to find out where she is.]
Later - Action/Text
[After a very interesting welcome back, Leia heads out to make herself acquainted with the village once more. Luceti has changed in the almost-year she's been gone, but it remains much the same. The library still seems to have books from every galaxy and world that the residents are from. The general store still has much of what one would need, including the backroom where all of her belongings were neatly stacked when she walked in. The grocery store is still stocked with foodstuffs for nearly any taste.
But there is a feeling of a profound change in the air, and one that doesn't bode well for those here. It doesn't sit well with her. She'd seen Luceti as a way to get away from the troubles back home. Now, she's not sure what to think of it.
Especially not with the group that's gathered in her brother's home now. It leaves her with a lot to think about. Which is now she ends up spending most of the day in the library.]
I'm not sure how many of you remember me from my previous visit, but I am Leia Organa. I understand that there was a recent bout of fighting and many of you are recovering from the conflict. I've done a little reading up about our situation. I would prefer to get your own views on our...oppressors.

Action
I know how you felt... feel about it. But I wouldn't lie to you about this. And I can't just pretend it didn't happen.
[He's a good liar, but not that good.]
The other thing... is the kids.
Action
Children?
[No. She couldn't have. Not even... Not even if they were Han's. The Skywalker line couldn't continue. Not if she could help it.
But... All she can do is shake her head as it slowly sinks in.]
No.
Action
But with how much their family means to him, well, Han doesn't have years of political training (despite Leia's best effort). He can't keep the sadness out of his face.]
A lot happened.
And Leia. They're wonderful.
Re: Action
She can hear the pain and pride in his voice and it hurts. She wants very much to believe the almost promise that his pride offers but she's far too practical. Besides, being clubbed over the head as soon as she arrives with this sort of revelation is asking a lot.
She needs air, space, and time. She'll fall apart later when she's alone. Gor now, she'll settle on a change of subject.]
Where in Luceti are we? Is Luke still here?
Action
One answer really covers both of those.]
This is Luke's house, actually.
Action
Really, his sense of what's important and when has always been horrible. Why should he change that about himself just because he's older?]
So he's still here. That's good. At least someone with sense will be able to catch me up then.
[A small turn of her lips is all she gives him after saying that.]
And how long have you been here, Han?
Re: Action
[He has the sense to realise 'I had the sense to marry you' might not be the best comeback right now.]
About a month since I wound up in that bathroom.
Action
[Teasing him only goes so far, after all. Even if it helps to let her momentarily forget their previous topic of conversation, she knows that wounding the former smuggler's pride is beneath the both of them.]
A month since you...Someone has a very warped sense of humor, I think.
Action
[Some things are funnier than others
And it occurs to him he's missed something]
You already knew about Luceti.
Action
Yes. I was here before. It was for a relatively small amount of time, compared to some other residents, but it was enough.
[Considering her first stay followed on the heels of the Bakuran debacle, by the end, she hadn't seen Han in nearly eight months. Not that she remembered anything about that until she returned.]
No one told you?
Action
[Would have been nice to know, really. Maybe Luke had figured it wouldn't help anything?]
I guess we got distracted by everyone who is here. I don't know when, exactly. But time is kriffed up here.
[As we've already established by the current confusion about marital statuses]
Action
You could say that. When I first arrived, it was to Luke being nearly ten years older than me and with my dead parents suddenly alive once again. Now, you can add my supposed future husband to the mix. I'd say that it's par for the course for Luceti.
[You haven't asked her and she's not willing to agree just yet to being married to you. So there.]
Action
If I was going to lie to you I would have picked something more believable.
[The rest of the kriffed up time though]
They're both here. And Kenobi.
[PS he may have made a terrible impression on all of them]
Re: Action
Master Kenobi is here once more? Hm... I didn't get to meet him when I was here before, but he made quite the impression on the populace here.
Han... [She takes a moment to look at him as she tries to figure out how to ask what's on her mind. Straightforward is the best in this instance. ]
How badly did you insult my parents?
Action
[He gives Leia his best innocent look.]
Why would I do that?
[Yeah Leia's not going to buy that is she?]
I might have told your mother we get three of her a week.
Action
[Never going to buy that face, you lying liar. Deep, even breaths.]
You what?
[Gosh, didn't the hair and the smile clue you in? ]
Action
We get about three women a week claiming to be your mom. We should make a form for it. And usually they don't do it through a bathroom door.
[What were the odds that that one was going to turn out to be the real deal? Especially since they were pretty sure the real deal was in fact dead.]
Action
Through the bathroom door I suppose that is a bit hard to swallow. Considering the circumstances, you made the right call.
[Look, gracious and giving, the princess way.]
And if there are so many, why haven't we made a form for them?
Action
[This is also a weird day for the record.]
I'm bad enough at filling paperwork in. Can you really imagine me making it?
Action
[What is so weird about Leia showing up? You're living with the rest of her family, you know.
But, his remarks are enough to get another laugh out of her.]
I remember that all too well. Getting you to make a report was harder than getting you to fight against the Empire.
Re: Action
Always told you the important bits.
[Maybe if the forms had a question about what was the most daring maneuver he'd fill them out more]
Re: Action
"I blew them up and Chewbacca was with me" wasn't really all that helpful.
[Details, Han. That's what she needed the most. Details.]
Action
It's what happened, isn't it?
Action
And that's why the other Rebel leaders left dealing with you to me. They seem to think I have some sort of...sway over you.
[She does. And she knows it, but abusing it never really occurs to her.]
