✧ Third Rebellion ✧ [Action/Text] - Post Luceti University
Action - Open to all on 9/13 and 9/14
[Since things at house 46 calmed down somewhat back in mid-July, Leia has settled into an easy, relaxed schedule. Well, relaxed by her standards. There were few deviations and distractions. Until the recent events of the entire enclosure turning into what appeared to be an university. In a way, she found the changes comforting. A happy family. Friends. Activities to keep her busy. Han.
But there are things about it that leave her unsettled still. How easily her mind was manipulated, for one. She finally understands on some level what Luke tried to explain to Han and herself when they were at Pagoda. It's not quite the same, not by a long shot, but to be given an opportunity where she and Anakin could get along without the baggage of their lives back home is like poking an open wound that she has been trying to steadily ignore.
She's gotten a little better at controlling the turmoil that her emotions normally cause by shoving it to an empty corner of her mind and pressing forward with things, but Leia knows that they'll have to be dealt with sooner rather than later. She's just not ready right this second to jump up and do that. So, instead of spending hours at the library or exploring the outer buildings of the enclosure, she's looking at the empty houses and apartment buildings. The rest of her schedule, she follows faithfully over the weekend. Until Sunday evening, when she has a few written messages to send out to some people before going home.]
Text to Sokka -
It was nice to finally meet you face-to-face, Sokka. If you'd like, I wouldn't mind sparring with you from time to time now that we are back to normal.
Text to Han -
When I get home tonight for dinner, can we talk in private first?
Text to Syre -
I find that after speaking to you for a week that I would like to get to actually know you. Are you available to meet me tomorrow morning? Also, are you skilled with fencing? I'd like to actively train in a sword art.
Text to Ami, Helios and Lee -
For the next week, can we suspend the cooking lessons? I have something else I have in mind for those times.

She just missed their time alone. Even if it was for five days. She's grown far too covetous of the time spent alone with Han.]
You know, a two word reply is a little bit of a letdown.
[Action]
I'll be sure to was poetic next time.
[There's a gentle smile there. Apparently some things defied reality.]
[Action]
You do that and I'll just assume it's not really you.
How soon will you be done in here?

Miss Leia, greetings.
[Action]
Hello, Mr Spock. How has business been today?
[Text]
I will honor each and every one of your wishes, Leia-san!!! Are you planning some hot-blooded training?!
[Text]
Thank you, Lee. I am actually hoping to spent some time with my family. I hope to resume our lessons next week.
[Text]
I will await your return eagerly!

I'm all for sparring with you. I could use the distraction. I could also use the more conventional training sessions. Though do you mind if we use swords instead of foils? Fencing may be elegant, but somehow I don't feel like it'll look all that threatening to someone while at war.
[Text]
I've never actually used a sword before. Most of my fighting is done with guns, to be honest.
[Text]
And you've never used a sword before? How were you so GOOD then? This place will never make sense.
Well, I suppose I could give you a few pointers. All of my other friends have been teachers of sorts; I suppose I could try teaching you a bit of swordplay if you wanted.
[Text]
As far as how I got so good, I'm not sure. I've always been naturally athletic and...Well, my brother and birth father are both accomplished users of...sabers.
[Let's not talk about the fact that they're made of light and the Force, okay?]
I would appreciate that, if you wouldn't mind. In return, is there anything that I could teach you?

Fuck it, I lied.
The simulation is easy enough, and immediately after walking in, Luke tosses her a thin metal tube.]
Today we're starting with this.
Well, I can accept this kind of lie.
However, she's not sure what the simulation is really supposed to be about. When he throws her the tube, she catches it easily, looking it over. It feels familiar and Leia can't help but stare at it.
It's a lightsaber, but not one she's used to seeing before from him.]
Are you sure I'm ready for this?

You have to get practical practice sometime. You've able to reliably open yourself to the Force for a few moments. Now it's time to apply it.
[He gives her a moment to mentally prepare then taps the attack command, the little droid firing a sting-bolt at her arm.]

Which was fine. She was independent and didn't always need to rely on him to keep herself occupied but he was clearly avoiding whatever it was that had been said to him. Or maybe avoiding them.
It's been a long time since he went up to the farm and hadn't come back from it as himself. Well, not without being Mallynapped and memories altered by a shift anyway. So there are days - like today, where she runs out of things to do. Her training is over, meditation taken care of, she stopped by the battle dome for some flying, picked up some things for tinkering with tomorrow.
No one has insisted she go to school, so she isn't.And with the bits tucked inside a crate on her way home, is how Ahsoka runs into Leia.]
Hey. What are you looking for?
action.
She offers a slight smile before looking at the empty, small house not too far from the farm.]
I'm not really sure. Peace of mind, I suppose, is close to what I'd like.
[Text] (I am the latest of late, sorry)
In regards to fencing, I would like to think that I am a bit of an expert — the sword is my preferred weapon, after all — so if you would like to take up the blade, I'd be more than happy to show you.
[Text]
And I would like to actually have some sort of formal training, yes. It's so strange how I was able to perform adequately in something I've never even seen before now.
[Text]
The Malnosso like to play with our heads, sometimes. You get used to it.
