From what we know? There are at least a dozen other enclosures, maybe more. And no, nobody we know personally. There's a small group of 501st Stormtroopers in another enclosure called Kin'corra, and at least as many New Republic commandos and a few pilots from both sides of the war there as well. They've formed a truce of sorts, last I heard. After all, there's a common enemy.
