What's Okay To Mention Around Her: Leia is a tough woman. Say what you need to say. (She's already been fourth walled!)

Abilities: 

    - After eight months of extensive training with her twin brother, Leia has developed her powers as a Jedi far earlier than in canon. 

    - As of now, she is a proficient swordswoman, both with her lightsaber and the sword Sokka gave her. 

    - She has established her own Force Bonds with Han, Luke and Sokka in Luceti. She can establish them in the future as well, after a long and comfortable time of knowing someone.

   - She can use Force Telekinesis to move objects moderate distances.

   - She has the ability to use the Force to maximize her muscle capacity to move faster and lift around 250 lbs with her body.

   - Her natural empathy has been multiplied a thousand times over with her connection. She can sense emotions that others will want to be kept hidden or not. She can tell if someone is lying by how they move and feel. This isn't actual mind-reading, just to clarify.

   - She an ability called Saber Throw where she tosses her lightsaber and uses the Force to pull it back quickly. It's a talent that not many Jedi have that she does and she's become quite proficient in it after the hours of training spent with Luke.

   - While she cannot see as far into the future as Luke or Mara, she has gained insight to see about a half-second ahead, which is enough to keep herself and someone at her back safe from preventable danger.

   - She can use the self-heal ability that any Force sensitive person can, but at this point she can only use it to remove toxins and poisons from herself. She will, after some time (possibly a year of continued intensive training) be able to use it to heal wounds.

   - She can use the "Jedi Mind Trick" against the extremely weak willed, but it's something that requires practice and not something Leia is comfortable actually using. She'd rather persuade with her words instead of using the Force.

You have full permissions for Rin here. She has no canon strong psychic resistance, but magi in her canon naturally do. It's kind of a grey area when it comes to Fate/Extra canon because they're descendants, but they skimp on a lot of the world building inside the actual game. Since Leia is specifically trained though, I'm willing to say she probably can break through most of Rin's stuff.

Rin's a temperamental girl who is quick to act differently than how she feels AKA typical overblown tsundere. I'll try to keep that in mind for our threads, so feel free to read anything in bracket text.

Considering Leia's not really strong with using the Jedi Mind trick (and she thinks it's cheating), that would be a last resort for her. She's mostly dealing with the emotions and that's something she can't escape.

And...Haha... Rin sounds like a younger Leia. This should be fun!

I'm fine with you using her abilities on any of my three as you see fit! Lee is the most susceptible to mental manipulation, Phoenix is in the middle, while Jade guards himself probably as well as one can without actual mental powers.

It's possible, but not scientifically proven. Yes, he will remember her! He already recognized Han even if they never actually talked.

Minato is extremely strong-willed and resilient so it's unlikely that Leia can affect him with her mind trick, mostly okay with anything else but if the subject of Force Bonds comes up in time I'll add in something more.

As far as mind-reading goes he doesn't have much of a real defense, but he's closed-off and may react distantly if she reads that he's supposed to be dead, granted I don't see Leia bringing that up but it's just noted here in case this ever happens IC!

Leia's not too fond of the mind trick, so she wouldn't bother with it. She's still more politician than Jedi in her mind. She doesn't read minds, only emotions. It's not something she can shut off and it's hard to hide them from her. But she's good at reading people, since politician, so she'd probably pick up that he's reserved and not try to pry too much.

Empathy: Full permission for this, though she'll probably feel both Kazuya's emotions and the demon Bel who resides within him, and unfortunately Bel is just pure darkness. Very angry, very vengeful, very vindictive, and it feels that 24/7 (Kazuya himself is aware of it, but he's just desensitised to it so he barely pays it any mind unless it gets extremely riled up). I'll leave it up to you to decide whether Leia can sense that or not, but I'm open to anything!

Jedi Mind Trick: Kazuya's immune to mental manipulation, as he can resist status effects like "Charm" or "Panic" or "Forget". So alas, no jedi mind tricks will work with him.

Everything else, like throwing him around or whatever, totally fine! I think that's all I need to opt into? (tell me if I missed something!)

Empathy: Sure, go ahead-- although Leia will find that Koumei's temper is several degrees too cool to be appropriate for the words that he says, and that he is otherwise quite guarded. Question his politics, however, and he will show that he can be quite harsh and quite intense-- and I want to note that, while he is technically an antagonist, he has not done his in-canon parallel to 'falling to the dark side.'

Jedi Mind Trick: Please no. Koumei is extremely sturdy in his will, and he has enough to worry about.

As you know, I only use Leia's Force powers when the situation calls for it, and Leia's not the type to use the Jedi Mind Trick. It's cheap. =P

Go ahead and empathy away! Mind tricks won't work on Nanoha though, she's used to telepathy and more importantly has a will of iron.

Leia can feel free to try, but using it on Nanoha herself or anything she's holding would cause quite a bit of resistance. She's much stronger than she looks!

Well, it doesn't matter how strong she is. It only matters how *heavy* she is. However, if you don't want me to use the Force that way against her, that's fine too.

Moving Nanoha around for the purposes of humour / setting a scene / most stuff honestly is fine, but if (and I doubt this will happen) they get into a fight she has her own ways of defending against telekinesis (and by that I mean flying really hard in the opposite direction) so it won't work that well.
