✧ Third Rebellion ✧ [Action/Text] - Post Luceti University
Action - Open to all on 9/13 and 9/14
[Since things at house 46 calmed down somewhat back in mid-July, Leia has settled into an easy, relaxed schedule. Well, relaxed by her standards. There were few deviations and distractions. Until the recent events of the entire enclosure turning into what appeared to be an university. In a way, she found the changes comforting. A happy family. Friends. Activities to keep her busy. Han.
But there are things about it that leave her unsettled still. How easily her mind was manipulated, for one. She finally understands on some level what Luke tried to explain to Han and herself when they were at Pagoda. It's not quite the same, not by a long shot, but to be given an opportunity where she and Anakin could get along without the baggage of their lives back home is like poking an open wound that she has been trying to steadily ignore.
She's gotten a little better at controlling the turmoil that her emotions normally cause by shoving it to an empty corner of her mind and pressing forward with things, but Leia knows that they'll have to be dealt with sooner rather than later. She's just not ready right this second to jump up and do that. So, instead of spending hours at the library or exploring the outer buildings of the enclosure, she's looking at the empty houses and apartment buildings. The rest of her schedule, she follows faithfully over the weekend. Until Sunday evening, when she has a few written messages to send out to some people before going home.]
Text to Sokka -
It was nice to finally meet you face-to-face, Sokka. If you'd like, I wouldn't mind sparring with you from time to time now that we are back to normal.
Text to Han -
When I get home tonight for dinner, can we talk in private first?
Text to Syre -
I find that after speaking to you for a week that I would like to get to actually know you. Are you available to meet me tomorrow morning? Also, are you skilled with fencing? I'd like to actively train in a sword art.
Text to Ami, Helios and Lee -
For the next week, can we suspend the cooking lessons? I have something else I have in mind for those times.

[Action]
I'll be sure to was poetic next time.
[There's a gentle smile there. Apparently some things defied reality.]
[Action]
You do that and I'll just assume it's not really you.
How soon will you be done in here?
[Action]
Just need to get this into the oven, you have good timing.
[He might be considering waxing poetic at a future date just for her reaction.]
[Action]
I'd like to think so, but you can't tell around here sometimes.
[She takes a seat at the battered table and waits, staring at her hands before speaking again.]
Do you remember us talking about moving out on our own?
Re: [Action]
Yeah. You still thinking about it?
[There was more space now. But maybe having this many adults under one roof wasn't the best plan.]
Re: [Action]
[She swallows down the sudden lump in her throat.]
When Luke told us about the family he had in that shift, I thought I understood how he felt. I could feel his emotions, but I had no clue.
Family...is to me to but I've managed to be very lucky. Until now.
[Action]
[He'd heard Luke talk about it. But until they'd been in his head, he couldn't really understand. He couldn't feel Luke's feelings, he was stuck with words.]
And you're trying to find a way to ease up the tension.
[So far nothing had really worked]
[Action]
[The smile she wears isn't pleasant, but it's not sad or angry either. Bitter, maybe.]
The consolation is that you and I are too stubborn to be separated for very long.
[Action]
[He grimaces]
Luke pointed out that he picks up our feelings. That... complicates diplomacy.
[Makes it harder to hide just how uncomfortable they both are.]
[Action]
[Complicates diplomacy...Understatement of the century.]
A break might be best for everyone.
[Action]
[Not feeling it isn't really an option. Feelings don't work that way.]
It's not like we want out of the family.
[Family doesn't work that way.]
[Action]
[She looks over at him and blinks for a long moment.]
The movies that Luke gave you... Have you watched them yet?
[Action]
Not yet. I was hoping we might be able to do that together.
[Watching a holo with your partner is customary.]
[Action]
[You can only see yourself kissing your then-unknown twin brother so many times.]
I'd at least like to watch the first two tonight, if that's alright with you? I've asked Ami if she minded me cancelling our afternoon times. She doesn't.
Re: [Action]
[He doesn't have nearly the schedule she does. And he'd be pretty willing to clear it for movie night anyway.]
no subject
[Which is Leia for "I want ti spend more time with you because you're the only person who makes sense right now."]
no subject
[He kisses her temple. He's not sure about much, but he's sure about her.]
no subject
[She turns her head to brush her lips against his lightly. She doesn't want to make it something sexual. Just a brief connection with Han.]
Well, I'm yours outside of training with Luke for the next week. If we don't drive each other insane first.
no subject
[He grins at her. THis is unheard of.]
A whole week?
[A lot more possibilities than just a few movies, in a week.]
no subject
Yes, a whole week, Han. I figured that there's nothing life or death going on around here just this second, so I could relax a little.
[But she's not stopping her training with Luke. That would just be dumb.]
no subject
[She could do with relaxation. He worries about her, sometimes.]
Movies and then some.
no subject
And then some? Do you have something nefarious planned?
no subject
[All that passion. No tenderness. They were overdo for cuddling.]
no subject
If your subordinates could hear you now... The famous General Solo, talking about cuddling with his wife. It's really very cute.
